Application and Program Information

The pharmacy currently is accepting applications for three positions in its pharmacy practice residency program, which begins on Thursday, July 1, 2010.

To be eligible, the following information must be submitted to the Blount Memorial Hospital pharmacy by Friday, Jan. 15, 2010 prior to an on-site interview in February.

  • Anticipated Pharm.D. with eligibility for Tennessee licensure
  • Academic transcripts from pharmacy school (prior college transcripts are not necessary
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Cover letter
  • Complete an online application
  • Three letters of recommendation, two of which must be from
  • pharmacy practitioners on this form
